Kombucha, Wild Soda & Shrub Workshop

Learn the ancient art of fermenting your very own effervescent and cultured beverages at home! We will go through the steps of brewing kombucha, address SCOBY maintenance, and bottling. Next, we will explore the world of wild sodas, and learn how to make probiotic alternatives like ginger beer. Last, we will go over how to make shrubs, which can be used as a drinking vinegar or in your favorite cocktails. 

Live kombucha cultures will be available for you to take home, plus home brewing instructions on how to make all beverages. Participants will also be able to taste all of our fermented food and beverages, all made locally. Space is limited, so be sure to sign up in advance; our kombucha workshops have been known to sell out!
