Intro To Wild Fermentation - Featuring St. Pete Ferments

Please join St. Pete Ferments for their guest workshop: Intro to Wild Fermentation! In this introductory class, participants will learn basic concepts of fermentation, its history, and how to make raw fermented sauerkraut at home. 

As part of the workshop, we will be making sauerkraut together as a group. Participants will take home a jar of their sauerkraut creations. St. Pete Ferments will provide a tasting of our fermented food and beverages, all made locally. Our workshop host, The Urban Canning Co. will also have the most delicious jams and pickles available for sale. Space is limited, so be sure to sign up by July 12, 2017.
