Salads That Don't Suck - A cooking class and nutrition work shop

Learn how to make exciting, satiating, colorful salads with local health coach, Rebecca Freedman. In this class, you will discover many different ways to make a nutrient-rich salad. We will build our salads with fresh produce from our local farmer friends at Little Pond Farm and even some pickled and fermented foods from the Urban Canning Company!

Not only will you learn how to make your salads flavorful and fun, but you'll also get loads of nutrition education along the way. Rebecca will teach you about superfoods, how to know which veggies are the most nutritious, and the health benefits of whole grains and healthy fats. Eating real foods never tasted so delicious!

We have 14 seats available and the class is $45 a person. Not only is it a cooking class and health coaching workshop, we will also be enjoying a lunch together we have all made with one another highlighting local produce from our favorite Florida farm, Little Pond Farm, along with fermented beverages courtesy of the Urban Canning Co.
