End Of Summer Chow Chow

This class is dedicated to one of our favorite southern canning staples, Chow Chow. Learn about it's history, different variations of the relish and step by step instructions on how to make it!

Each participant will go home with their own jar of chow chow along with a booklet with everything mapped out in detail to help you begin urban canning small batches of chow chow on your own!
