Jackie Vitale is co-owner and head kitchen witch at Ground Floor Farm, an urban farm, cafe, and community space in Stuart, FL. She spends her days making cheese, baking bread, fermenting vegetables, and cooking creative and sustainable fare for the farm's onsite cafe. She was trained as a cheesemaker at Kappacasein Dairy in London.
