It’s margarita time! In this two hour hands on class we’ll be teaching you everything you need to know about at home pickle canning. We’ll be creating and canning a delicious spring salsa! All while enjoying margaritas! Everyone will walk out with lots of knowledge and a jar of spring salsa!
We've also partnered with Maestro Dobel tequila! Maestro Dobel tequila is double distilled for unique character and a smoother taste. Every step of the process is strictly supervised by their Maestro Tequilero – from the seeding and harvesting of the agave to the approval and labeling of each bottle with the signature of the Maestro. Montana the Brand Ambassador from the company will be there during the class teaching people how to make margaritas!
In the class we will go over local agriculture and nutrition, how sustainability directly affects our health and our community, canning supplies, myths, methods and step by step procedures. You'll be emailed a booklet with everything mapped out in detail to help you begin urban canning small batches on your own!
