Cheese Please: Honey Goat Cheese, Chai Grape Jam + Naan Flatbread

Anyone else always looking for really quick, simple, but delicious dinners on busy weeknights? Dinners can be fast, and they can be easy, but they can also taste gourmet! We're back in the kitchen from our road trip to Nashville and came up with an elevated flatbread featuring a cheese + jam pairing that is so delicious, AND takes less than 30 minutes total!

We grabbed fresh honey goat cheese and paired it with our Chai Grape jam for the coziest of flavors. With the jam as the base and the goat cheese on top, we added prosciutto, arugula and topped it all off with black pepper. Preheat your oven while you're putting these beauties together, and you'll save even more time!

Honey Goat Cheese, Chai Grape Jam + Naan Flatbread

Ingredients for 1 flatbread

  • naan flatbread
  • 2 TB Chai Grape
  • 2 oz Honey Goat Cheese
  • 2-3 slices of prosciutto 
  • handful of arugula
  • cracked black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375˚.
  2. Spread jam on the naan.
  3. Crumble goat cheese over top, and add slices of prosciutto.
  4. Place in the oven for 10-12 minutes, when only a few minutes are left, add the arugula. 
  5. Top with cracked pepper and enjoy!
