Beginner Canning: Hot Sauce

In this two hours hand on class you will learn everything you need to know about beginner food preservation! During the class we will go over different ways to make hot sauce and we’ll preserving our own bottle of hot sauce! Each person walks out with a jar of hot sauce and lots of food preservation knowledge!

In the class we will go over local agriculture and nutrition, how sustainability directly affects our health and our community, canning supplies, myths, methods and step by step procedures. You'll be emailed a booklet with everything mapped out in detail to help you begin urban canning small batches on your own!
