Sunday Funday: Peppered Strawberry Mimosas!

What's a Sunday brunch with no mimosas? It would certainly bring on the Sunday scaries a whole lot faster. Our favorite type of mimosa doesn't even require you remembering to buy juice (or include any for that matter). Just pull out your favorite jar of jam and your champagne of choice and you're set for unlimited mimosas...well at least until your bottle runs out.

We are loving the elevated and decadent flavor of our Peppered Strawberry jam right now, and we think it makes for a pretty sophisticated mimosa, even in a mason jar! You could also use Blueberry Lavender, or Mai Tai jam (hint hint for our Jam of the Month Club members).

Peppered Strawberry Mimosa

Instructions:

  1. Add your jam and splash of OJ and stir until mixed to your liking. 
  2. Pour your champagne and drop in a few berries for flair! 
  3. Enjoy!
