These endive boats are easy to make and are a delightful little hors d'oeuvres or snack! The endive is neutral with a nice crunch, perfect vehicle for a soft and sweet pairing! There really is no recipe for these, you just take endive leaves, fill them with goat cheese, top them with a savory jam and sprinkle them with crushed nuts! Here we used Smoked Paprika Tomato Basil Jam as well as D'anjou Pear Ginger Habanero Jam!
