Red Lentil Patties with Curry Cauliflower + Chai Red Grape Jam

The other night when I couldn't sleep I scrolled through pages of Pinterest posts and I found this yummy looking recipe for Red Lentil Patties with Spicy Tomato Jam. I wanted to give it a try this week thinking that it would pair really well with a small batch of Curry Cauliflower I knew we were going to put up! I followed the recipe for the patties to a tee and they came out perfectly! They are as delicious as the original photo I saw while pinning! Instead of making their rendition of a tomato jam we used our Chai Red Grape Jam. The combination of spiced sweet with savory curry cauliflower and crunchy creamy lentil patties was a match made in heaven.
